The Difference between Fine Jaw Crusher and Traditional Crusher

Generally speaking, the common jaw crusher is usually used for coarse crushing which is the preparation work for milling. Fine jaw crusher emerges according to production requirements. It is widely used in small mine, building material, road building, silicate and chemical industry. The to-be-crushed material is usually the rock or ore with granularity less than 210mm and compression strength less than 250 kilo/square centimeter.

Fine jaw crusher is similar to coarse jaw crusher due to their same motor composing of rack, movable jaw, eccentric shaft and fixed jaw plate, mobile jaw plate and adjustable seat. The to-be- crushed material in crushing chamber is crushed by reciprocal motion of movable jaw plate caused by eccentric shaft driven by triangle belt through scored pulley. The crushed material is discharged from the discharging port by virtue of gravity.

Bracket plays an important role in supporting movable jaw. Except for that, it also has insurance effects on the movable jaw when exotic material enters the crushing chamber.

Adjustable seat can move forward and backward around sliding slot on the two sides of rack. There is a pair of adjustable gaskets between adjustable seat and rack. After the adjustable seat is adjusted, the required granularity of products can be gained when the width of discharging port and the thickness of gaskets are changed.

In chemical industry, coarse crushing is mainly used in building industry. Thus, the cover area of application will be gradually larger because the fine crushing and coarse crushing are mutually complementary.
