Four Systems Forming the Stone Production Line

It is not difficult to understand the stone material product line, since it is no more than artificially integrating the crushing machine, screening equipment and conveying devices to become a production line. Equipped with the stone crushing machine, the stone production line must be smooth in the whole line, stable in the output and low in the production cost in order to satisfy the production needs. This set of system can be divided into the following parts:

1. Raw material feeding part: The function of this system is to send raw materials to all the crushers and screening machines. The material feeding methods will be different according to different crushing and screening process. In front of the material feeding door of the primary crushing equipment, an independent material feeding machine is often set up with the purpose of sending the rocks and ores to the crushing chamber at the disposal speed of the crusher. When the output is high, heavy plate-type feeding machine can be used since this kind of feeder has big feeding granularity. In front of the medium and fine crusher and the screening machine, in order to ensure the uniformity of the material feeding, belt conveyor is often used.

2. Rock crushing part: The crushing system is the heart of the whole set of the stone production line equipment. Its work is to crush the raw materials into final materials with small diameters. A united stone crushing and screening production line can consist of a few crushing equipment. The types of the crushing equipment are various and their performance is also different.

3. Final product screening part: The small rocks after crushed have to be classified using the screening machine before they can become the finished products. The other function of the screening machine is pre-screening, which is to use the linear vibrating screen to screen the materials crushed to become final products, and the final products are sent to the final stock using the conveying part.

4. Conveying part: The conveying system has three purposes in the stone production line. One is to convey the rocks among all level of stone crushing and screening equipment; second is to return the crushed stone materials in the closed cycle; and the last is to transmit the final products to different stocks according to different granularity.
