Overview of Aggregate

(2) When starting the machine, the operational person had better to first check the lubrication condition of the spare parts of the jaw crusher, and regularly clean the foreign matters inside the crusher, and only when all the parts of the crusher are ready can the machine be started.

(3) During the operation process of the machine, stone materials can never be taken out of the machine with hand; if the machine breaks down, a crowbar or cleek should be used.

(4) If the jaw crusher is stopped due to the blockage of the aggregate inside the crushing chamber, the operational person should turn off the power, clean the aggregate and then restart the machine.

(5) In order to prevent the lining board insider the machine from dropping, when adjusting the discharging mouth, the operational person should first loosen the fastening spring, and tighten it after adjusting the machine.

(6) During the operation process of the machine, prevent the aggregate from embedding the elastic spring since it will cause serious influence on the strength of the spring.
