How sand crushing machine work

Sand crushing machine is widely used for the medium and fine crushing of super hard materials such as various ores, cement, refractory, bauxite clinker, and emery and glass raw materials. It has wider application in the crushing of artificial building sand, stone materials and various kinds of metallurgical slag and has higher output compared with other types of crushers.

How Sand Crushing Machine Work?

The working process of sand crushing machine goes like this: stone materials are evenly sent by vibrating feeder to jaw crusher for coarse crushing; the coarsely crushed materials are sent by belt conveyor to small-sized jaw crusher for further crushing, the finely crushed materials are sent to sand crushing machine for further crushing and making sand and then sent by belt conveyor to vibrating screen for screening. The part of materials that reach the granularity requirement of final products are directly sent to sand washer for washing and then sent out to become final products and the part of materials that do not reach the granularity requirement of final products are sent from vibrating screen back to sand crushing machine to be processed again, forming closed-circuit cycle. The sand washed by sand washer is final sand.
