The check cycle should be decided according to the practical conditions of set.

Small maintenance cycle: half month to one month. Maintenance contents include:

(1) Check bowl tile

(2) Check the wear conditions of taper sleeve and straight set.

(3) Check the back lash of wheel snapping;

(4) Check the tile gap of drive shaft;

(5) Check the hydraulic set and lubrication set or change lubrication oil

(6) Clean the major components

Medium maintenance cycle: four months to six months. Maintenance content includes:

(1) Replace the liner plate

(2) Repair or replace the excentric sleeve, cone sleeve and straight set.

(3) Replace or change the bowl tile and anti-dust device.

(4) Repair or change the cone bear, transmission shaft and bearing bush.

(5) Adjust the binding ring and bearing sleeve thread;

(6) Check all of the components

Big maintenance cycle: four years. Maintenance contents include:

(1) Repair or change the rack or the basic parts.

(2) Check medium maintenance contents.

(3) Replace the motor stator coil and dripping paint.
