Brief Introduction to Classifier

The classifer is widely used in the ore beneficiation plants and equipped with ball mill to form a closed circuit cycly system to shunt the ore sand or in the gravity ore beneficiaiton plant to separate the ore sand and fine mud or in the metal dressing flow to separate the pulp. The Structure and Use of Screw Classifier

The key components of a screw classifier include main shaft, which is carefully designed and selected to prevent deflection due to the spiral weight and the thrust load imposed by the spiral during raking. Large diameter, seamless steel, tubular shaft with sufficient wall thickness is used for minimum deflection. Heavy duty cast steel arms are clamped to the main shaft.
